Our Story
Me (Kole) and my good friend Carlyn, decided we wanted to start a business together. We worked in the same location working on computers and software and decided that we wanted to own our own company doing what we enjoyed doing. We then started renting the old floral shop in downtown Oregon and began renovating. Once we felt we had a presentable location then we opened the doors to the public in March of 2023.

Physician's Primary Care Center, Inc. are locally owned and independently operated healthcare clinics located in Ontario, OR and Weiser, ID. We specialize in offering Walk-In Urgent Care Service at both clinic locations.
PPCC was established in 1994 by opening the valleys first independent Walk-In Urgent Care Clinic. It was the clinic's aim to provide affordable, quality, healthcare 7-days per week with no appointment necessary. For the past 20 years, we've been driven to maintain that vision.
Today, PPCC has two clinic locations offering Walk-In, healthcare services. And, we've also expanded our Ontario, OR location to offer both Family Practice & Internal Medicine MD appointments.

Ophthalmologist - Eye Physician and Surgeon.

We do eye exams and treat patients with cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and other eye problems. We fit eye glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Pitts does cataract and laser surgery. We accept eye emergencies such as foreign bodies or trauma. We are open from 9:00 to 5:00 M-F and after hours as necessary.

Robert Owen Quick & Mary Louise Quick, a husband-wife photography team, own the full service commercial and portrait studio Quick’s Foto Designs, Nyssa, Oregon.   They owned Robert O. Photography in Salem, Master’s Touch, a portrait studio, and CommPhoto, a commercial-illustrative photography company in Auburn, Washington. Mary Louise specializes in children’s and family photography. Robert is a décor specialist and commercial photographer. This internationally recognized award-winning team will ensure your photographs are photographed to the highest standards and quality. Robert was a professional speaker for Kodak, Fuji, Burrell Colour, and Professional Photographers of America.   Louise is a native of Nyssa, Oregon, and they met in Ontario while at TVCC. Bob worked for Malheur County Sheriff’s Department and Eugene Police Department. Robert is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, Professional Photographers of Idaho, and the American Society of Photographers. Both artists uphold and adhere to the ethics of Professional Photographers of America. Robert is a Malheur County Planning and Zoning commissioner and member of the Nyssa Budget Committee. They minister to the Fruitland church of Christ. Mary Louise was an award-winning manager of Picture Me Studios.

Service and Leadership Awards

Roberts’ was awarded the NATIONAL AWARD by the Professional Photographers of America. It is the highest international honor given to any professional photographer worldwide. He has received Fellowships from Oregon and Washington Professional Photographers and served as President of Professional Photographers of Oregon. He has overseen several national conventions and numerous regional Photographers programs.

Degrees and Professional Certifications:

Master of Photography, Craftsman of Photography and Professional Photographers of America Certified Professional, Fellowship Oregon, and Fellowship Washington Educator, Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary International. He has been a consultant and business developer for studios and businesses in the U.S. and Canada. He has written articles and teaches business leadership, sales, marketing, and photography classes.
