Desolation Vanguard takes a new approach to taking climate change. We have developed a method for farming rain. Each of our systems generates 4,000 gallons of rainwater daily, and we can place 200 of them on a single acre. This water generation also stabilizes temperatures in the region with cooling transpiration in the summer and heating soil breakdowns in the winter. Yet another function is creating carbon storage offsets that companies may purchase for a viable reversal of any emission they provide while they are productive. Those offsets can be removed from your tax liabilities at a rate that is higher than their purchase price. As Paul Harvey said, “Man, despite his artistic pretensions, his sophistication, and his many accomplishments .owes his existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and fact that it rains.” Ontario will be our central hub as we restore water and watersheds in the west. Working as a community, this task will enrich countless lives and protect future generations.

Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, by undertaking projects that address unmet need, and by honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
